Two prominent Bathwick figures have been recognised in the Queen’s new year’s honours list.

Professor Glynis Breakwell, the Vice Chancellor of Bath University, has been made a Dame for services to higher education.

David Posnett, Chair of the Holburne Trustees, has been awarded an OBE.
